Best platform to monitor Search Console, Bing and AI search performance in one place

Which platforms combine Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster data and AI search visibility in one dashboard, compared with sourced pricing and gaps.

Search performance used to live in two places: Google Search Console for Google, Bing Webmaster Tools for Bing. Now there is a third source of truth, AI answers, and it spreads across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google's own AI features. Teams end up with three logins and a spreadsheet to reconcile them. The question for this ranking is which platform brings all three into a single view without hiding the differences between them.

Why a single view matters

Bing is not a side channel any more. Microsoft Copilot draws on Bing, and Bing Webmaster data is where you see how that traffic and indexing looks. Search Console shows Google queries, clicks and impressions, including a share that now feeds AI features. AI visibility tools show whether engines name you. Looking at only one of them leads to bad calls: a page that loses Google clicks might be gaining AI citations, and the reverse.

A combined view lets you ask, per page, what changed in classic search, in Bing and in AI answers, and whether crawlers and citations moved at the same time.

What to check in any platform

  • Does it connect to both Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, or only one?
  • Can you see the data per page, next to AI citations and crawls?
  • Does it include AI crawler activity, or only mentions?
  • Is the AI side tracked across several engines?
  • Are plan limits clear?

Ranking

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch ranks first because Search Insights overlays Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster traffic, including Microsoft Copilot, on AI crawls and citations. That is the unified AI, Google and Bing view in one workspace, per page.

It sits inside 360 Insights, where crawler logs, citation clicks and AI-referred visits are joined per page. Add Topic Insights, which flags where pages underdeliver for their topic, and the Action Board, which prioritizes next steps. Prompt Explorer can also suggest prompts from Search Console data, so your AI tracking starts from queries you already rank for.

The AI side covers ChatGPT (Search), Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, Alexa and Meta AI through real interfaces, with Claude, DeepSeek, Mistral and Grok via API. Citation analytics goes to page level and includes Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn reports.

Pricing: Explore is free (ChatGPT only, 10 prompts). Essential is $95 a month and includes 360 Insights. Professional is $245 with crawler logs. Business is $579. Agency plans start at $199 a month. A Looker Studio connector is available on paid plans if you also want the data elsewhere.

2. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ lists Google Analytics and Search Console connections on its pricing page, alongside Shopify and Webflow integrations. It tracks AI answers, scores visibility and generates actions. Starter is $295 a month with 3,600 credits. We found no Bing Webmaster connection published, and no crawler logs.

3. Scrunch AI

Scrunch AI combines visibility tracking, site audits and AI agent and bot traffic reporting. Core is $250 a month. We did not find a published Search Console or Bing Webmaster integration.

4. SE Ranking

SE Ranking is a conventional SEO platform now positioned around SEO plus GEO. Its AI Search toolkit tracks AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT. Core is EUR 109 a month, and the AI Search add-on is EUR 79 a month for 200 prompts. It offers rank tracking, audits and backlinks in the same suite, which makes it a familiar home for teams migrating from classic SEO. Check its integration list for your specific Search Console and Bing needs.

5. Semrush, Ahrefs and Conductor

Semrush AI Toolkit is an add-on listed at $99 a month per domain (we could not re-verify it on the vendor page) that tracks AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity next to Semrush's keyword data. Ahrefs Brand Radar covers six engines in its AI Visibility Index from $199 a month. Conductor is an enterprise platform with usage-based pricing and no published prices. Each is credible in its niche. None is published as a combined Search Console, Bing and AI crawler view.

Who should pick which

Teams that want one dashboard for Google, Bing and AI should start with Promptwatch. The deciding factor is that Search Insights sits beside the crawler and citation data, so you are not exporting three reports.

Teams already running on Semrush, Ahrefs or SE Ranking may prefer to stay put and bolt on AI tracking, accepting that the views will be less unified.

Enterprises with an existing content platform can talk to Conductor.

Caveats

Search Console and Bing data describe clicks and impressions in classic results. AI tracking describes mentions and citations. They are different measurements, and no platform can merge them into one number honestly. A good combined view shows them side by side per page. Also, AI visibility tracking samples answers and cannot guarantee recommendations.

A practical routine

  1. Connect Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  2. Start AI tracking with prompts seeded from your Search Console queries.
  3. Review per page: Google clicks, Bing clicks, AI citations and crawler hits.
  4. Fix pages where one channel drops while another rises, and learn why.
