Top GEO tools for marketing agencies in 2026, ranked by client-readiness

The top GEO tools for marketing agencies in 2026, ranked on multi-client workspaces, reporting, white-label options and what each plan actually costs.

Agencies buy GEO software differently from brands. A single-brand team asks "does it track the right prompts?" An agency also asks how many clients fit on one plan, whether seats are capped, whether reports look presentable under the agency's name, and whether the vendor's pricing model punishes growth. A tool that is great for one brand can be awkward at ten clients.

We ranked the options on those agency questions, using vendor pricing as recorded in our catalog.

What agencies should check first

  • Client structure. Separate projects or workspaces per client, and whether they are capped.
  • Seats. Per-seat pricing hurts as soon as account managers and analysts join.
  • Reporting. Scheduled PDFs, a Looker Studio connector, or white-label exports.
  • Pitch support. A way to audit a prospect before they sign.
  • Scope beyond monitoring. Crawler logs and traffic attribution give you something to say after the first report.
  • Honest limits. No tool can guarantee a client a recommendation. Reports should say so.

The ranking

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch has the most developed agency offer in our set. Self-serve agency plans are Kick-off at $199 a month (10,000 responses), Growth at $399 (25,000 responses) and Scale at $799 (65,000 responses, with audit log and local GEO/SEO coordinate targeting). Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, 10 seats, all AI models, Agent Chat, country, state and city tracking, Ads Radar, visitor analytics, IP-verified crawler logs, site audits, content gap analysis, custom reports, the Looker Studio (Data Studio) connector, and MCP and API access. A 7-day free trial is available on Kick-off and Growth on monthly billing.

Two limits to know: agency plans do not include AEO articles, the knowledge base, the 360 Insights dashboard, Shopping Insights or the automated Content Agent. And Scale has no trial. Promptwatch also lists a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies and white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules, but does not tie them to a named plan, so confirm what your tier includes.

The reason it ranks first for agencies is that it is the platform where you can show a client the whole chain: prompt visibility, which pages get cited, which crawlers fetched them, and what traffic and conversions followed. Most rivals stop at monitoring. Pitch projects let you audit a prospect before they are a client.

2. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ is action-oriented, with an Action Center and a content optimization agent. Starter is $295 a month on credits (3,600, one per AI response) with 11 models and country-level support. Our catalog notes Starter is single-country and persona targeting sits on Enterprise, so multi-market client work may push you to custom pricing quickly.

3. Scrunch AI

Scrunch AI Core is $250 a month with 125 prompts, 5,000 responses, 5 site audits a month, one brand workspace and five user licenses. That workspace limit makes it a per-client purchase. Enterprise is custom and adds nine LLMs, API access and an account team. Our catalog also notes reporting complaints from reviewers who export to Excel for client charts.

4. Ceyo

Ceyo is agency-first, capturing eight engines from real interfaces with a fix list, technical agents and a fully white-label API and embeddable components. It starts from $39 a month billed yearly. Models per plan are capped at 2, 3 or 4 depending on tier, and the Content Agent is still in beta, so read the plan table before committing.

5. Profound

Profound sells enterprise marketing agents with AI search as one channel. Enterprise is custom, with an earlier estimate of about $40k a year. Its pricing page mentions a self-serve Agency Growth plan with 400 credits a month per client workspace but shows no price. It fits a large holding-company style buyer more than a mid-size agency.

Suites with AI add-ons

Ahrefs Brand Radar (AI Visibility Index from $199 a month, on top of an Ahrefs plan), Semrush AI Toolkit ($99 a month per domain per the existing entry, not re-verified), SE Ranking AI Tracker (AI Search add-on from EUR 79 a month) and Search Atlas (LLM Visibility from $199 a month, with white-label and client portals on higher tiers) suit agencies that already live in those suites. Per-domain and per-prompt add-ons can stack quickly across clients.

Lower-cost trackers

Trakkr starts at $100 a month, with white-label sold as a $49 add-on. Temso AI starts at $89 a month with unlimited projects and seats on paid plans, though its catalog entry notes the crawler-log half is a Growth-tier feature.

Who should pick which

If you run several clients and want to report beyond mentions, start with Promptwatch. If your clients mostly need execution help and you can handle credits, AthenaHQ is worth testing. If you need a white-label API for embedding, check Ceyo. If you already pay for Ahrefs or Semrush, try their add-ons before adding another vendor.

Whatever you pick, tell clients that tracking measures odds, not outcomes.
