Which AI visibility tracking tools work best for agencies managing multiple clients?

Agencies need multi-client workspaces, client reporting, and predictable per-client cost. We compare the AI visibility tools that handle that, with published pricing.

Most AI visibility tools are priced and designed for one brand. An agency has a different problem: ten or thirty clients, each with its own prompts, competitors, countries, and report. The tool that looks cheap for a single brand can become the most expensive option once you multiply it by a client list, and the tool with the prettiest dashboard can still force you into spreadsheets when it is time to send a monthly report.

So the question is not "which tracker is best?" It is "which one survives a client roster?" Here is how the main options compare.

What agencies should test first

Before reading any feature list, check five things:

  1. Cost per client. Does the price scale with projects, domains, seats, or credits? Per-domain and per-seat add-ons add up fast.
  2. Project structure. Can you keep clients in separate workspaces with their own prompts and competitors?
  3. Reporting. Can you send a branded PDF or connect to Looker Studio, or will you be pasting numbers into slides?
  4. Pitching. Can you run an audit for a prospect without burning a paid client slot?
  5. What the data lets you do. Tracking tells a client where they stand. Crawler logs, citation analytics, and traffic data tell you what to change and whether it worked.

1. Promptwatch: the agency plans are built around client rosters

Promptwatch has separate self-serve agency plans: Kick-off at $199/mo, Growth at $399/mo, and Scale at $799/mo. Response allowances are 10,000, 25,000, and 65,000 a month respectively. Every agency plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited pitch projects, unlimited prompts, and 10 seats, so adding a client does not add a line on the invoice.

Every agency plan also includes all AI models, Agent Chat, country, state, and city tracking, Ads Radar, visitor analytics, AI crawler logs, site audits, content gap analysis, custom reports, the Looker Studio (Data Studio) connector, and MCP plus API access. The pitch projects matter in practice: you can run a prospect through the platform before a deal is signed.

Promptwatch also lists a white-label workspace and client portal for agencies, plus white-label branding on PDF exports and schedules. Slack briefings are not available on white-label workspaces. Two limits to plan around: agency plans do not include AEO articles, the knowledge base, the 360 Insights dashboard, Shopping Insights, or the automated Content Agent, and the 7-day trial applies to monthly billing only on Kick-off and Growth (Scale has no trial).

The reason it leads this list is that it is the only option here combining tracking with crawler logs, citation analytics, and AI-referred traffic with conversions. For an agency, that is the difference between reporting and proving.

2. Ceyo: agency-first by design

Ceyo positions itself for agencies and is worth a look. Grow is $119/mo billed yearly, with 5 projects, unlimited countries, API access, and white-label exports. It captures from eight real interfaces and has an AI Analytics view for crawler requests. The catch is model caps: 2 models on Core, 3 on Grow, 4 on Pro+ ($399/mo), even though eight are supported. It has no published visitor analytics tying AI sessions to conversions.

3. AthenaHQ: strong workflow, awkward for multi-market clients

AthenaHQ starts at $295/mo with credit-based usage (1 credit equals one AI response), unlimited users, and an action queue. For agencies, the sticking points are that Starter is single-country and persona and multi-region features are Enterprise-gated. Credit burn is hard to forecast across several clients.

4. Scrunch AI: good coverage, weak client reporting

Scrunch AI starts at $250/mo for one brand workspace and five licenses, tracking four LLMs on Core. Reviewers on G2 flag weak reporting as the top complaint, with users exporting to Excel to build client charts. For an agency whose product is the monthly report, that is a real cost.

5. Temso and Superlines: cheaper entry, narrower scope

Temso AI offers unlimited projects and seats on every paid plan from $89/mo, but Starter covers three models and includes only 10K AI bot visits, against 25M on Growth ($199/mo). Superlines has agency SKUs at €79/mo with 5 to 20 client brands, but every self-serve plan is limited to three engines.

6. Semrush AI Toolkit and Profound

Semrush AI Toolkit is $99/mo per domain, plus $99 per extra domain, which makes it expensive across a roster. Profound is sold as enterprise marketing agents with custom pricing, and most of what it is known for is Enterprise-gated. It is not built for an agency buying client by client.

Who should pick which

If you run more than a handful of clients and want one platform that covers monitoring and the fixes, take Promptwatch. Flat pricing with unlimited projects and a pitch workflow fits how agencies actually sell. If your clients mostly need a branded score and you want a low entry price, Ceyo is the closest agency-first alternative. If you already live in Semrush and have two or three domains, the toolkit is tolerable. Peec AI also sells an agency tier from $245/mo with white-label reporting, and Searchable lists white-label reports on its $400/mo Scale plan; both are monitoring-led and rank behind the options above on depth.

Whatever you pick, run one real client through a two-week trial and send the report you would normally send. That test will teach you more than any feature table.
