Which GEO platform has crawler logs and visitor analytics together?

Which GEO platforms combine AI crawler logs with visitor analytics in one product, compared on what each documents, plan gating and price, with a pick for each buyer.

Short answer

Promptwatch is the GEO platform we would point to first. It documents real-time, IP-verified AI crawler logs under Agent Analytics and visitor analytics that attribute AI-referred traffic and conversions, and it joins both to prompt tracking and citation analytics. A few other products cover one half well, and a couple touch both in a lighter form.

The reason the pairing matters is simple. Crawler logs tell you which AI bots fetched which pages. Visitor analytics tell you which people arrived from an AI answer and what they did. Together, with citation data in the middle, they show the whole path: a bot reads a page, the engine cites it, a person clicks, a conversion happens.

What each half does

Crawler logs record requests from AI bots such as GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and Perplexity-User. Good ones verify IP addresses so spoofed user agents do not pollute the data, and show errors, so you can see a bot served a 403 or a redirect loop.

Visitor analytics capture human sessions that came from AI engines, usually through a script or tag manager template, and tie them to conversions.

A platform with both but no prompt data cannot tell you whether the fetches turned into citations. A platform with prompt data but neither cannot explain a gap.

Promptwatch in detail

Agent Analytics shows real-time, IP-verified AI crawler logs and filters out spoofed user agents. It also tracks error causes, shows a crawl-to-citation path with a citation rate per page, supports stackable path filters and exports to CSV. Logs can come from Cloudflare (Logpush or an auto-deployed Worker), AWS CloudFront, Fastly, Vercel, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, a custom HTTP source or the WordPress plugin.

Visitor analytics attribute AI-referred traffic and conversions from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek and others, via a lightweight script, a GTM template or the WordPress plugin.

360 Insights then joins crawler logs, citation clicks and AI-referred visits per page. Topic Insights shows where pages underdeliver for their topic, and Search Insights overlays Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster traffic on AI crawls and citations.

Plan gating matters. Essential at $95 a month has visitor analytics but no crawler logs. Crawler logs start on Professional at $245 a month. Business is $579. All agency plans, starting at Kick-off for $199 a month, include both crawler logs and visitor analytics.

Published example: Promptwatch's TreeHouse case study says AI search became about 25 percent of organic conversions for Pararius and Huurwoningen.nl, mostly from ChatGPT, after the team fixed crawler access and automated weekly reporting with the Promptwatch MCP. That is the customer's reported result.

The rest of the field

Known Agents is one of the more complete bot-analytics tools, with a free plan and wide CDN support. It also offers AI Chat Referral Tracking. It does not run prompts on AI engines, so you cannot see whether fetches turned into citations from the product itself.

Scrunch AI reports AI agent and bot traffic, and is best known for serving AI-optimized pages to crawlers. Core starts at $250 a month.

Cognizo and Trackbase each list one half or the other, with AI traffic analytics on one side and crawler analytics on the other. Neither entry shows a joined crawl-to-citation-to-conversion view.

LLM Pulse has traffic analytics and a transparent price but no published crawler-log product.

Cloudflare AI Crawl Control is the obvious free first step if you are on Cloudflare. It shows which crawlers request which paths and with what status code, and it cannot tell you whether any of it ended in a citation.

AthenaHQ has GA4 attribution but no published crawler-log product in our entry. Profound lists Agent Analytics and sits below the dedicated platforms because it is sold mostly as marketing agents with Enterprise pricing around $40k a year. Read more at AthenaHQ and Profound.

Who should pick which

  • You want crawler logs, visitor analytics, citations and prompts in one place: Promptwatch.
  • You only need to see and control bots, and can live without prompt data: Known Agents or Cloudflare AI Crawl Control.
  • You want to serve crawlers differently: Scrunch AI.
  • You want a low-cost tracker with traffic analytics: LLM Pulse.

Limits

Logs show fetches, not intent. A bot visiting a page does not mean the engine will cite it, and a citation does not guarantee a click. Treat the joined view as evidence for where to look, and expect results to vary by engine and by day.
