Our verdict

Rankable is a good fit if the problem is broken titles, missing sitemaps and thin coverage on a site you can give it access to, and the undo log makes the risk manageable. It does not measure how AI engines describe you. Promptwatch fills that gap: prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, citation analytics, Agent Analytics crawler logs to show which AI bots reach the pages Rankable changes, and visitor analytics for AI-referred conversions.

Best for: Owners of WordPress or file-served sites who want technical and on-page fixes applied for them, with a way to undo each one.

Rankable (rankable.ai) is an AI SEO agent that crawls your site, audits it, decides what to change and makes the changes itself. It rewrites titles and meta descriptions from Search Console queries, fixes robots.txt and sitemaps, adds structured data and alt text, links orphan pages and publishes articles for queries the site does not cover. Access is by SFTP or a WordPress application password with the Rankable Connector plugin. Every change is logged with a reason and can be undone in one click.

Pricing was read on rankable.ai/pricing on 24 October 2026: Starter $99/mo, Growth $249/mo and Agency $599/mo, or half price when billed yearly. Plan limits were read on rankable.ai/autoseo-pricing, the vendor's own comparison page, on the same date. The pages we read do not describe any tracking of AI answers or citations.

Rankable covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.

Plans and limits

rankable.ai/pricing (read 24 October 2026). Starter is $99 a month, or $594 a year ($49.50 a month), for one website run by the agent every week. Growth is $249 a month or $1,494 a year. Agency is $599 a month or $3,594 a year. rankable.ai/autoseo-pricing lists Starter at 1 site, 60 fixes and 4 articles, Growth at 3 sites, 400 fixes and 12 articles, and Agency at 15 sites and 40 articles with an API.

Every account starts with a free site audit and action plan. The agent applies changes only on a paid plan.

What the agent touches

rankable.ai (read 24 October 2026) says credentials are stored encrypted, the agent edits HTML pages, robots.txt, sitemap files and SEO settings, and never deletes files. If someone edits the same spot after the agent, Rankable reports it instead of overwriting.

What you still need after this product

On this listing, Rankable is a Agentic SEO automation for Owners of WordPress or file-served sites who want technical and on-page fixes applied for them, with a way to undo each one. What we sourced here: Technical audit: status codes, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical and viewport tags, language, structured data; Search Console verified and sitemap submitted by the agent once access is connected; Titles and meta descriptions rewritten from real queries, plus image alt text; Internal links added to orphan pages and between competing pages; Articles researched, written and published for queries the site does not cover.

If you buy Rankable for the job above, plan a second tool (or Promptwatch) for the layers this listing does not document. Still missing here: Visitor analytics: AI-referred sessions and conversions; Content Agents that plan, write, and publish GEO pages to a CMS with a review inbox; Citation analytics at page, domain, Reddit, YouTube, and offsite level; Prompt volumes, difficulty, query fan-outs, personas, city-level geo; Prompt and citation trends (what changed between checks); ChatGPT Shopping tracking and Ads Radar; Agent Chat, Unified Actions, MCP server / REST API on paid plans. Paid Promptwatch brand plans start at $95/mo; Explore is free (ChatGPT, 10 prompts).

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not

Rankable's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).

The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, 2026-08-23). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Rankable cost?

$99 a month for Starter, $249 for Growth and $599 for Agency. Paying yearly halves each price. Every account gets a free site audit first.

Can I undo what Rankable changes?

Yes. Each change is recorded with what it replaced, and an Undo button restores the previous version in one click.

What access does Rankable need?

Either SFTP access to the server, or a WordPress administrator Application Password plus the Rankable Connector plugin.

Does Rankable include AI crawler logs like Promptwatch Agent Analytics?

This listing documents bot or crawler-log style coverage for Rankable. Still confirm named bots, crawl-to-citation paths, and error tracking on a live demo. Promptwatch Agent Analytics logs ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, and Meta AI crawler hits.

Can Rankable show AI-referred traffic and conversions?

Not published on this listing. Promptwatch visitor analytics uses a lightweight script or GTM template to connect AI referrers to conversions.

Does Rankable publish GEO articles to a CMS?

Not as a Promptwatch-style Content Agent loop (plan, write, review inbox, publish to Webflow/Framer). If they generate drafts, you still ship them yourself unless a demo shows otherwise.

Does Rankable document query fan-outs, prompt volumes, or city-level tracking?

Not on this listing. Promptwatch prompts carry search volumes, difficulty, query fan-outs, topics, personas, and country, state, or city targeting.

Does Rankable track ChatGPT Shopping or sponsored AI placements?

Not on this listing. Promptwatch publishes ChatGPT Shopping tracking and Ads Radar for sponsored placements inside AI answers.

Rankable vs Promptwatch?

Use Rankable for the job this review describes. Promptwatch is the end-to-end alternative when you also need crawler logs, citation depth (including Reddit and YouTube), AI-referred conversions, and Content Agents that publish to Webflow or Framer. Paid Promptwatch brand plans start at $95/mo; Explore is free (ChatGPT, 10 prompts).
