Best platform to generate and publish GEO content to your CMS

Which GEO platforms write content from AI visibility gaps and publish it to WordPress, Webflow or Framer, compared on publishing path, review controls and price.

Plenty of tools can write an article. Fewer can tell you which article to write because an AI engine is currently recommending someone else for that question. Fewer still can then push the finished page into your CMS without a copy and paste step. That combination, measure the gap, draft the page, publish it, check whether it got cited, is what "GEO content platform" ought to mean. Here is how the realistic options compare.

What to check before you buy

  • Where do topics come from? A platform driven by tracked prompts and content gap data writes different articles than one driven by a keyword list.
  • Which CMSs does it actually publish to? Look for the exact list. "Integrations" can mean a Zapier connection or a native publish button.
  • Who approves? Some tools publish on a schedule with no review. Others hold drafts in an inbox. You want the choice.
  • Does it measure the result? If the platform cannot show whether the new page was cited or crawled, you are guessing again.
  • How is it billed? Per article, per task credit, or per plan. Costs behave very differently at volume.

Ranking

1. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is the only option here that measures and publishes from the same workspace. The content side works like this. Content gap analysis scores coverage against your tracked prompts, so topics come from where you are not being cited. On Business and Enterprise, the Content Agent plans, writes and publishes against those gaps on a schedule: a publishing calendar, a monthly budget, publish windows and a daily maximum. You can use a review inbox or a hands-off mode with a quality check. On demand, Content Creation works from a brief, and Content Refresh suggests diff-style updates to existing pages.

Publishing goes to WordPress through an official plugin, to Webflow (including localized collections) and to Framer, with AI field mapping so fields land where they should. One caveat to know: Framer has no per-item publish, so going live redeploys the whole Framer site. HubSpot is not on the publishing list, so HubSpot CMS teams would export rather than publish natively.

Measurement closes the loop. Citation analytics and Page Tracker show whether the new page gets cited, Agent Analytics logs IP-verified AI crawler visits to it, and visitor analytics attributes the AI traffic and conversions that follow.

Plan details matter. Professional ($245 a month) includes 5 AEO articles and a Knowledge Base. Business ($579) includes 10 AEO articles and the automated Content Agent. Agency plans (Kick-off $199, Growth $399, Scale $799) do not include AEO articles or the Content Agent. WordPress publishing is available to every organization. Essential is $95 a month, and there is a free Explore plan with 10 prompts and ChatGPT only.

2. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ turns visibility gaps into tasks through its Action Center and offers a content optimization agent. Its pricing page lists Shopify and Webflow integrations. Starter is $295 a month with 3,600 credits. It does not document a crawler-log product or a review-inbox publishing workflow.

3. Goodie AI

Goodie AI sells a closed-loop AEO platform with agents that write and optimize content and fix technical signals. Core is $295 a month with 50 optimization actions, Pro is $999. Its pricing page lists agents and crawler analytics without saying which tier includes them, so confirm that before buying.

4. AirOps

AirOps is a content operations platform with a workflow builder, brand kits, knowledge bases and a long integration list that includes CMSs and an MCP and API connector. Billing is task-based, and plan prices were not shown on the page we read. It rewards teams with someone who will build and maintain workflows.

5. Writesonic GEO and Frase

Writesonic GEO pairs an AI article writer with tracking of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, from $79 a month billed annually for 15 articles. Frase publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Sanity or Wix and starts at $39 a month billed yearly for 10 articles and 20 AI Visibility prompts. Both are content tools first, with tracking attached.

6. Autopilot article tools: Outrank, SEObot and Okara

These are agentic content tools, and they sit below the platforms above because they ship articles rather than measure AI visibility. Outrank is $99 a month for 30 articles and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Wix, Notion, Ghost and Next.js. SEObot starts at $49 a month for 9 articles and lists WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, Notion, Framer, Wix and Next.js. Okara starts with a free plan, and its Coding Agent opens GitHub pull requests that you approve. None publishes prompt tracking with volumes, crawler logs or visitor conversions on its listing.

Who should pick which

Promptwatch if you want the topics to come from measured gaps and the pages to land in WordPress, Webflow or Framer with a review step. AthenaHQ if your team lives in a task queue. AirOps if you have operations talent and want to build custom workflows. Outrank or SEObot if you simply want a steady stream of SEO articles and accept that measurement happens somewhere else.

A caution about volume

Publishing faster does not make a page more likely to be cited. A hands-off setup with no quality check can fill a site with thin posts. Start in review-inbox mode, read what the agent produces for a month, and loosen the controls only if the drafts earn it.
