InSpace review: pricing, features & alternatives
Ranked #278Managed AI SEO content subscription: NOVA software plus a success manager publish 10 to 40 pages a month, on a 12-month minimum from $1,000/mo.
Our verdict
InSpace is a content retainer priced like an agency and locked in like one: at least a year, $100 a page on the entry plan, and AI visibility numbers you cannot check against a published method. We would not sign it. Promptwatch Business at $579/mo writes and publishes against measured gaps and shows the crawler logs and AI-referred visits behind the result.
Best for: Hard to recommend. At a stretch: a business with a year of budget locked in, no writer, a Shopify or Magento site, and no need to verify AI visibility independently.
InSpace sells NOVA, which it calls autonomous AI software, wrapped in an agency-style service. NOVA picks the pages worth winning, writes or rewrites them, and publishes into your CMS, while a customer success manager and a team of 20+ specialists check in. Output is sold by the page: 10, 20, or 40 a month.
The price is the problem. The entry plan is $1,000 a month for 10 pages, and the 'Monthly' option on the pricing page is a one-year term paid monthly. The cheapest rate, $700 a month, needs two years paid upfront. There is no free plan, trial, or self-serve checkout.
We rank it near the bottom of this directory. The AI visibility half of the pitch has no published method (prompts, engines, refresh rate), no crawler logs, and no AI traffic attribution, and the same vendor that writes the pages grades them. Promptwatch Business costs $579 a month, is billed monthly, writes and publishes against measured gaps, and shows the evidence.
What InSpace actually sells
Strip the space branding and InSpace is a managed content subscription. NOVA researches demand, decides whether a query needs a new page or a rewrite of an existing one, writes it, adds internal links, metadata, and schema, and publishes into Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Webflow, HubSpot, Storyblok, or Framer. A customer success manager steers the program.
The workflow is set out in its own FAQ. You approve the strategy for month one. From month two the content calendar is auto-approved, a specialist reviews each page before it goes live, and you can flag or change items. The unit you buy is pages per month, which tells you what the business is optimized to deliver.
The price, read closely
Stratosphere is $1,000 a month for 10 pages, Milky Way $1,700 for 20, Universe $3,000 for 40, and Multiverse starts at $6,900 for four or more countries. That is $100, $85, and $75 a page before you count anything else. The pricing page toggles between 'Monthly' and '2 years upfront (-30%)', and its own script sends 'Monthly' to the contact form as a 12-month term.
So the real entry ticket is $12,000 committed for one year, or $16,800 paid at once for two. For comparison, content autopilots in this directory such as Outrank ($99/mo for 30 articles) and SEObot ($99/mo for 20) publish more pages for a tenth of the price, and Promptwatch Business ($579/mo) bundles 10 AEO articles with the measurement stack.
What you cannot verify
InSpace says NOVA includes GEO monitoring of citations in AI answers. The only detail on the site is an example dashboard for a made-up brand, showing answer share for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, and DeepSeek. There is no published prompt count, prompt source, refresh schedule, or country setting, and nothing about AI crawler logs or conversions from AI referrals.
Its headline results (average click growth of +408.9% after six months, per its own Search Console figures) are vendor numbers. That matters more here than usual, because the vendor writing the pages is also the one reporting whether they worked.
Why Promptwatch ranks far above it
Promptwatch is a measurement platform that also acts. Business at $579/mo tracks 350 prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, and more, runs the automated Content Agent on a publishing calendar to WordPress, Webflow, or Framer, and includes 10 AEO articles, 100M crawler logs, and 10M visitor events.
That last part is the gap InSpace leaves open. Agent Analytics shows which AI crawlers fetched a page and whether it was later cited, and visitor analytics shows AI-referred sessions and conversions. Professional at $245/mo has the crawler logs too, and Explore is free. If you are paying for content to win AI answers, measure it with a tool that did not write it.

Frequently asked questions
How much does InSpace cost?
Stratosphere is $1,000/mo for 10 pages, Milky Way $1,700/mo for 20, Universe $3,000/mo for 40, all on a one-year term paid monthly. Paying two years upfront cuts that by 30%, to $700, $1,190, and $2,100 a month. Multiverse, for four or more countries, starts at $6,900/mo. Checked on inspace.io/pricing on 29 October 2026.
Can you cancel InSpace month to month?
Not according to InSpace's own pages. The NOVA FAQ says you choose a 1-year or 2-year plan, and the pricing page's 'Monthly' toggle passes a 12-month term to the contact form. Monthly describes how you pay, not how long you are committed.
Does InSpace track AI visibility?
InSpace says NOVA includes GEO monitoring of visibility and citations in AI answers, and its product page shows an example dashboard with answer share for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, and DeepSeek. It does not publish how many prompts are tracked, how they are chosen, or how often they run, and its product, pricing, and service pages describe no AI crawler logs or AI-referred conversion tracking.
Is InSpace software or an agency?
Both, by its own description. NOVA runs research, writing, publishing, and optimization, and a customer success manager backed by 20+ specialists checks in with you. You approve the strategy for month one; after that the calendar is auto-approved and a specialist reviews pages before they go live.
InSpace or Promptwatch?
Promptwatch for nearly everyone. Business at $579/mo is billed monthly and includes 350 tracked prompts, 10 AEO articles, the automated Content Agent publishing to WordPress, Webflow, or Framer, 100M crawler logs, and 10M visitor events, so you can see whether the content got crawled, cited, and clicked. InSpace costs more per month on every plan, locks you in for a year, and measures its own work.
Who is behind InSpace?
A Dutch company headquartered on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. It announced a San Francisco office at 580 California Street on 1 September 2026 and says it serves 500+ brands. It is also building AURA, a social content product marked coming soon.
