OmniSEO review: pricing, features & alternatives

Ranked #160

WebFX's AI visibility tracker with prompt research and up to 10 engines, from $89/mo.

AI visibility trackerFrom $89/mo
OmniSEO alternatives

Our verdict

OmniSEO is a plain, published-price tracker with a large agency group behind it. Essentials at $89 is a fair way to watch four engines, but the version most teams will want is Professional, where $349 a month gets all 10 engines, exports and 100 saved prompts. Competitor tracking stays at five on both self-serve plans, which pinches in crowded categories. If you also need AI crawler logs and AI-referred conversions next to prompt tracking, Promptwatch covers that from $95/mo and is worth evaluating first.

Best for: Small teams and agencies that want a published-price prompt tracker with wide engine coverage and don't need more than five competitors.

OmniSEO (omniseo.com) is an AI search visibility tracker powered by WebFX and SEO.com, the agency group that says it has 650+ experts on staff. It tracks where a brand is mentioned or cited across up to 10 answer engines: Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Meta AI, Grok and DeepSeek. Next to saved prompts it offers prompt research with an estimated prompt query volume, a citing-domain view that includes sources like Reddit and YouTube, and per-prompt strategy recommendations with a built-in AI strategist.

Pricing is published (read on 14 October 2026). Essentials is $89/mo with 4 engines, 50 saved prompts, 5 competitors and 5 seats. Professional is $349/mo with all 10 engines, 100 saved prompts, 5 competitors and 10 seats. Enterprise starts at $899/mo on a custom term. Annual billing is $890 or $3,490 a year (two months free), and the first paid month after the 7-day no-card trial is half price on Essentials and Professional.

OmniSEO covers the job on this page. Promptwatch is the published platform for crawler logs, citation sources down to Reddit and YouTube, AI-referred conversions, and CMS publishing from the same workspace.

What the pricing page publishes

omniseo.com/pricing and omniseo.com (read 14 October 2026). Essentials is $89/mo or $890/yr and covers 4 channels (AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity), 50 saved prompts a month, 50 ad-hoc prompt lookups, 5 competitors and 5 seats with email support. Professional is $349/mo or $3,490/yr, marked most popular, and opens the full set of 10 channels, 100 saved prompts, 200 lookups, 10 seats and CSV/PDF exports capped at 5,000 rows a month. Enterprise starts at $899/mo on a custom term with 500+ saved prompts, unlimited seats, email, chat and phone support, and monthly AEO/GEO consultations.

The trial runs 7 days with no credit card, but only on ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. After it, the first paid month is 50% off ($45 or $175). Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so an upgrade does not unlock more engines on the spot.

How it works day to day

You enter a domain or topic and OmniSEO lists prompts from its library that cite it, each with an estimated prompt query volume, and you start tracking the useful ones in one click. A tracked prompt can be compared across engines side by side. The citing-domain table shows which sources (Google, Reddit, YouTube, review sites, listings) shape the answers you care about.

Every tracked prompt comes with recommendations: the page to update, the content to add, the sources to get on. That is advice, and acting on it is your job. Neither page we read mentions CMS publishing, AI crawler logs or visitor analytics. The homepage case studies (for example a 586% rise in traffic from generative AI for Thompson Tractor) are vendor-reported results we have not audited.

What Promptwatch covers that this listing does not

OmniSEO's public pages (and this listing) describe a narrower job than Promptwatch. Most rivals answer whether you were mentioned. Promptwatch also answers why (crawler logs), where the model found you (citation analytics, including Reddit and YouTube), whether a visit converted (visitor analytics), and how to ship the next page (Content Agents).

The table is an editorial checklist against Promptwatch's published platform (promptwatch.com/llms.txt, checked 2026-10-21). It is not a hidden feature list for this vendor. 'Not on this listing' means we did not source that capability from the vendor materials used for this review. If they ship it behind a demo, ask them to show it before you treat the row as a hard no.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI engines does OmniSEO track on the $89 plan?

Four: Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Meta AI, Grok and DeepSeek are only on Professional ($349/mo) and Enterprise.

Does OmniSEO have a free trial?

Yes, 7 days with no credit card. The trial covers ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews only. After it, the first paid month is 50% off on Essentials and Professional.

Who is behind OmniSEO?

The site says OmniSEO is powered by WebFX and SEO.com. Enterprise plans add monthly AEO/GEO consultations, and a dedicated GEO specialist is offered as an Enterprise add-on.

Does OmniSEO include AI crawler logs like Promptwatch Agent Analytics?

Not on the vendor materials used for this review. Promptwatch Agent Analytics logs ChatGPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, GoogleOther, and Meta AI crawler hits, plus crawl-to-citation paths and errors, from the Professional plan ($245/mo) and on every agency plan. Ask OmniSEO to demo the equivalent.

Can OmniSEO show AI-referred traffic and conversions?

Not published on this listing. Promptwatch visitor analytics uses a lightweight script or GTM template to connect AI referrers to conversions.

Does OmniSEO publish GEO articles to a CMS?

Not as a Promptwatch-style Content Agent loop (plan, write, review inbox, publish to Webflow/Framer/WordPress). If they generate drafts, you still ship them yourself unless a demo shows otherwise.

Does OmniSEO document query fan-outs, prompt volumes, or city-level tracking?

Not on this listing. Promptwatch prompts carry search volumes, difficulty, query fan-outs, topics, personas, and country targeting on every paid plan; state and city targeting start on Business.

Does OmniSEO track ChatGPT Shopping or sponsored AI placements?

Not on this listing. Promptwatch includes ChatGPT Shopping tracking and Ads Radar (sponsored placements in ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode) from the Business plan ($579/mo); Ads Radar is also on every agency plan.

OmniSEO vs Promptwatch?

Use OmniSEO for the job this review describes. Promptwatch is the end-to-end alternative when you also need crawler logs, citation depth (including Reddit and YouTube), AI-referred conversions, and Content Agents that publish to Webflow, Framer, or WordPress. Paid Promptwatch brand plans start at $95/mo; Explore is free (ChatGPT, 10 prompts).
